Scowl is an American hardcore punk band from Santa Cruz, California. The band consists of singer Kat Moss, guitarist Malachi Greene, guitarist Mikey Bifolco, bassist Bailey Lupo, and drummer Cole Gilbert.
From Google Bard: “Scowl formed in 2019, when Moss and Greene met at a local hardcore show. They quickly bonded over their shared love of bands like Black Flag, Circle Jerks, and Bad Brains. Soon after, they recruited Bifolco and Lupo to complete the lineup. Scowl quickly made a name for themselves in the Santa Cruz hardcore scene. Their energetic live shows and catchy songs quickly won over fans. In 2020, they released their debut EP, Self-Titled. The EP was met with critical acclaim, with many praising Moss’s powerful vocals and the band’s tight musicianship.”
