“Ronnie Radke, the frontman of the band Falling in Reverse, has been embroiled in controversy over the past year due to his outspoken views and behavior. He faced backlash for making transphobic comments on social media, mocking transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney and expressing offensive views about gender identity. Radke was also banned from TikTok for his anti-trans tirades, leading him to claim that “freedom of speech is dead” in America. Additionally, he has a long history of misogyny, having pleaded no contest to domestic violence charges in 2012 and serving time for his role in a murder. Despite the controversies, Avenged Sevenfold’s M. Shadows defended the decision to have Falling in Reverse as a supporting act on their upcoming tour, stating that Radke should be able to “speak his mind.” (Perplexity)
