I will never get tired of seeing Lamb Of God live. Their sound might scare the elderly away (and enrage sweet grandmothers who accidently bought their albums thinking it was good church music), but Richmond’s metal band knows how to demand attention.
Earlier in the day, Randy Blythe made a surprise appearance to sing with Gojira. That was a warm up as Blythe and company enraged the temple grounds at MAPFRE Stadium.
It was during “Walk With Me In Hell” that crowd surfers started flying into the photo pit. The scene was reminiscent of an earth quake with people moving and falling over while trying to focus on the stage.
Mark Morton is also having a great year with the release of his solo album Anesthetic. Needless to say the fire is lit within the band and they still know how to deliver live. We’ve heard rumors that the band will be releasing new music soon. Here’s hoping that comes to fruition.
Setlist:
Omerta

Walk With Me In Hell
