St. Louis NuMetal band Discrepancies has released the Official Music Video for their single “Rock the Show,” off of their 2016 released The Awakening. Originally premiered on Huffington Post, “Rock the Show” is a high energy, light hearted departure from the albums more serious tone, and one likely to be a party favorite!

Newly formed rock band Stereo Satellite, featuring Lukas Rossi (Rock Star Supernova), Mike Orlando (Adrenaline Mob), John Moyer(Disturbed), and Jordan Cannata (Adrenaline Mob), has released the Official Music Video for their debut single, “Glass Houses.” Originally premiered on Loudwire, “Glass Houses” is the first single off of their new album tentatively set for April 2018 release. Fans can access exclusive content for the album release via the bands’ PledgeMusic campaign.

Stereo Satellite plays hard rock music that flirts with alternative rock influences. By melding hook-filled melodies within heavy guitar riffs and hard beats, the band shows their ability to compact a vast array of influence and experience into a signature sound with substance, style, and spirit. Mike Orlando and Lukas Rossi are the key architects behind the band’s vibrant, modern rock-inspired sound – powered by seamless songwriting adeptness that combines a story of both the joys and heartaches of life.

Mike Orlando is no stranger to heartaches, having recently been involved in a tragic accident on July 14, 2017 while on tour in Florida with his former band Adrenaline Mob. The crash occurred when a tractor-trailer veered off Interstate 75 and struck the band’s RV, van, and trailer, which resulted in the death of Adrenaline Mob bassist David Zablidowsky, tour manager Jane Train, and seriously injuring six others.

“Over the past recent months, I have learned a lot about how cathartic music can be, especially after going through such a heinous life-changing tragedy”, said Orlando. “It’s been a complete uphill battle in even trying to begin to heal physically and mentally. I have a long road ahead for sure and will have to undergo many more procedures and ongoing therapy.” Orlando adds, “I don’t think I’ll ever fully heal mentally but I’ve been moved to write songs again with my brother Lukas who I feel is an amazing songwriting partner, and start this new band along with my brothers John Moyer and Jordan Cannata. I find it really helps me to cope and I can’t wait to share all the music we’ve written and start touring again full-time.”

John Moyer admits to having mixed feelings about the band being dubbed a supergroup. “We hate the supergroup thing because it’s a new band in its own right,” Moyer says. “But I think it’s important for us to say we’ve been around the rock music scene for a long time and in various ways. Stereo Satellite is a new beginning for us all, and I’m looking forward to sharing our new music with the fans very soon.”

Lukas Rossi concurs, saying, “I can’t wait to release our new songs and perform them live with these awesome guys. Regarding the supergroup thing, look I don’t care what you call us, just call us!”

Avatar Debut New Single & Music Video “The King Wants You”

Hear Ye! Hear Ye! — His royal majesty the King and His elite orchestra, AVATAR have granted the Royal State Television Network (KTV) the right to release footage of their participation in recent battle through the popular medium of the ”YouTube”. This is within accommodation with their newest single, “The King Wants You.” The so-called ”music video” is once again directed by Johan Carlén, overseen by the Department of Accurate Depiction of the King.

As first heard on SiriusXM’s Octane channel late last week, this is the second single and music video we’ve heard from the King with AVATAR off His new record titled Avatar Country coming next month.

The band initially released the single and ”music video” for “A Statue of the King” last month. The visually stunning recording of a great Avatar Country celebration has gone on to receive high praise from around the world. Revolver Magazine called it a“powerful anthem” and Loudwire dubbed it “the band’s most ambitious looking video yet.”

Both “A Statue of the King” and “The King Wants You” have also been granted availability as iTunes instant gratification tracks. Meaning, fans and future Citizens who pre-order Avatar Country on iTunes will receive the song as an immediate download. Both tracks are available on all streaming services now.

Avatar will release their seventh, and most Royal, full length, Avatar Country on January 12, 2018, via Entertainment One. Avatar Country will serve as the highly anticipated follow up to Feathers and Flesh, which debuted at #5 Hard Music, #7 Indie, #12 Rock, #31 Current, #9 Overall and #88 on the Billboard Top 200 chart.

The King will embark on a series of state visits this winter with very special guests THE BRAINS (North America leg), OLD KERRY MCKEE (European leg) and sideshow extraordinaire HELLZAPOPPIN. East Coast Hard Rock band Revolve has released the lyric video for their single, “Days of Grey.” Originally premiered on Loudwire, “Days of Grey” was produced by Morgan Rose (Sevendust).

REVOLVE is a rock group brought together by a passion to write songs and bring music to the masses! It was a 105.7 The Point Ho-Ho Show at The Pageant featuring hard rock on a cold night, introduced by local DJ Jeff Burton. After a year of promoting their latest album The Last Hero and a spectacular symphony performance, Alter Bridge performed for over an hour in St. Louis, MO including acoustic songs and a selection from their discography.

The band has been on tour with All That Remains and Sons of Texas over the past few months to end 2017. Alter Bridge also released their 02 Live + Rarities album earlier this year.
