Listen to New While She Sleeps Song “The Guilty Party”

While She Sleeps Drop New Track “The Guilty Party”
New Album So What? Out March 1st, 2019

While She Sleeps have shared the new single “The Guilty Party.” Listen here.

The song is a genre-morphing acclamation — fueled by riffs, electronics, visceral vocals, the purest of melodies, and the ultimate gang vocals in collaboration with an actual choir.

Choral elements and rich harmonies feature all over the Sheffield band’s forthcoming album SO WHAT?, out March 1 via their own Sleeps Brothers label via Spinefarm. The band even enlisted a live choir for a very special performance on its upcoming European tour.

“We’ve always loved the feeling you get when a large group of people sing together, whether that’s at a show, for us just in the studio, or whatever, however it may be. Kinda the same feeling you get at a football game when everyone sings together,” says guitarist and vocalist Mat Welsh.

Guitarist Sean Long furthers, “The energy completely shifts when everyone is together in unison doing that kinda thing. So we thought, ‘Wouldn’t it be great if we could introduce the choir which we use on the record… live?’ And we are going to do that. At The Roundhouse.” Long is referring to the band’s headline show The Roundhouse in London.

While She Sleeps will embark on a U.S. tour with Architects this spring. All dates are below.

Ice Nine Kills Announce Co-Headline Tour With From Ashes To New

Ice Nine Kills & From Ashes To New To Embark On
Co-Headline “March Into Madness” Tour
Palisades, Afterlive & Hawk to Support

Ice Nine Kills and From Ashes to New will embark on a co-headline tour this spring. The “March Into Madness” tour runs from March 27 to April 18 and will feature special guests Palisades, Afterlife, and HAWK. All dates are below.

“We have been itching to get back on the road and play the most requested songs from The Silver Scream,” said INK’s Spencer Charnas. “The fans can be sure that INK and FATN have some killer surprises up our sleeves for a tour that will most certainly be remembered.”

“Spencer and I have been talking about FATN and INK getting together for a tour for a few years now,” said FATN’s Matt Brandyberry. “Now the stars have aligned and we’re able to bring it to life. This tour is going to be beyond sick!!”

Ice Nine Kills are returning to the road after wrapping up a stint on tour with Atreyu last fall. The band is supporting its most recent and massively well-received release The Silver Scream, which bowed with nearly 19,000 copies sold during its first week of availability. The album has passed 50,000 units total consumption thus far. Each of the 13 songs on the conceptual effort pays homage to classic slasher films of the ‘80s and beyond. The new single “A Grave Mistake” is currently at #33 at radio and was a “Most Added” track at the format. It stormed out of the gates and amassed 30 early supporters. SiriusXM named the band “A Sirius Future Five Artist of 2019” and the song has continuously topped the “BIGUNS” countdown.

From Ashes to New reached new heights in 2018 with the release of their sophomore album The Future. Lead single “Crazy” peaked at #2 at Active Rock radio, with fan-favorite “Broken” currently on the charts. The Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based band, consisting of frontman/rapper Matt Brandyberry, guitarist Lance Dowdle, vocalist Danny Case, and drummer Mat Madiro took a massive step forward on the critically acclaimed album. With undeniable chemistry, they blend rock, hip/hop, pop, and metal and have established themselves as one of the leaders of the genre. Throughout the year, they toured extensively, including the band’s first headline tour, a co-headline tour with Bad Wolves, and they supported Five Finger Death Punch in arenas across America, continuing to gain momentum and earning a reputation as a phenomenal live band.

Tremonti Releases Music Video For “Throw Them To The Lions”

On Tour This February and March Supporting Sevendust
All Ticket and VIP Information Can Be Found
At MarkTremonti.com

Rockers Tremonti have just released another music video for the latest single from the band’s Napalm Records release, A Dying Machine. “Throw Them To The Lions” is an up-tempo metal song, something that Tremonti has come to be known for over their multiple releases through the years. The video was filmed at a recent sold-out show in the UK and can be seen here: https://youtu.be/z-DHonxNyQM.

To coincide with the release of the new single, Tremonti is heading out on tour again. The band are special guests on the upcoming Sevendust headline tour. The US tour kicks off February 1st in Houston, TX and wraps up in San Antonio, TX on March 3rd. The tour will make stops in New Orleans, LA; Boston, MA; Flint, MI; and Chicago, IL to name a few. Fans can go to www.marktremonti.com for more information on the tour, VIP packages and ticket purchase links to all shows.

A Dying Machine is the first concept album of Mark Tremonti’s career. The album was released last June and stormed the US sales charts giving the group their fourth Top 10 on the Independent Current Album Chart. A Dying Machine landed at #2 on the Top Hard Music Albums, #3 on the Record Label Independent Current Album, #7 Top Internet, #12 Top Current Artists and #57 on the Billboard Top 200.  The album also shot up the iTunes chart hitting #3 on the Top Rock Albums and #6 on Top Overall Albums when it was released. The music and concept is inspired by a story that came to Mark while on the last Alter Bridge tour. The story takes place at the turn of the next century where humans and fabricated beings called “vessels” are trying to co-exist. The concept was turned in to a full-length novel to accompany the album release. The novel for A Dying Machine was written by Mark Tremonti and John Shirley and fans that still want to order a copy of the novel can go to http://www.marktremonti.com to purchase. The album is available for stream / download on all digital service providers at http://smarturl.it/ADyingMachine.

After two decades at the forefront of all things guitar, a GRAMMY® Award win, 40 million-plus units sold between Alter Bridge, Creed, and his eponymous Tremonti, and countless other accolades, Mark Tremonti once again summited an uncharted creative peak in 2018. For the very first time, the guitarist and singer crafted an immersive concept and accompanying novel for Tremonti’s fourth full-length album and first for Napalm Records, A Dying Machine. Since emerging in 2012, he and his bandmates—Eric Friedman [guitar, bass] and Garrett Whitlock [drums]—have built the foundation for such an ambitious statement. Their full-length debut All I Was bowed in the Top 5 of the Billboard Top Hard Rock Albums Chart and Top 30 of the Top 200. The 2015 follow-up Cauterize hit the #1 spot on the Top Rock Albums chart on iTunes when it was released. 2015 saw the frontman take home “Best Guitarist” at the Loudwire Music Awards just a year removed from his 2014 “Riff Lord” win at the Metal Hammer Golden Gods. In between sold out headline gigs and festival appearances everywhere from Rock on the Range to Shiprocked!, 2016’s Dust maintained that momentum. With A Dying Machine, Tremonti reaches new heights like never before.

Madness reigns! BENIGHTED deliver the radical soundtrack to these savage times.

BENIGHTED were spawned by members from French Death and Black metal bands DISHUMANIZED, DARKNESS FIRE, and OSGILIATH, who joined forces in 1998 for a more brutal, heavy and modern way of expression. When their first self-produced and self-titled full-length hit the streets in 2000, it immediately had a strong impact. This turned a side-project into a main act. A fast-growing fan base was built by a string of acclaimed albums: ‘Psychose’ (2002), ‘Insane Cephalic Production’ (2004), ‘Identisick’ (2006), and ‘Icon’ (2007) were all enthusiastically received. With their latest full-length ‘Necrobreed’, the French sidestepped the steadily growing complexity of their previous albums ‘Asylum Cave’ (2011) and ‘Carnivore Sublime’ (2014) by recalibrating their sound along their roots. ‘Necrobreed’ came based on a theme revolving around the abysmal potential of the human psyche.

On the live front, BENIGHTED quickly started to capture audiences with sweat driver performances that bulldozer any resistance mercilessly aside. This allowed the French to climb up the ladder fast and soon came invitations to all major European festivals including Neurotic Death Fest, Hellfest, Wacken, Brutal Assault, Summer Breeze, and Inferno Festival among many more.

After their 20th anniversary, it was time for BENIGHTED to capture the live madness on ‘Dogs Always Bite Harder Than Their Master’ which not only contains three brand new tracks and the brutal  AT THE GATES cover of ‘Slaughter Of The Soul’, but also live recordings with guest musicians such as Sven Decaluwé (ABORTED), Nikita Kamprad (DER WEG EINER FREIHEIT), Arno (BLACK BOMB A), Niklas Kvarforth (SHINING) and Ben Wright (UFATHOMABLE RUINATION).

‘Dogs Always Bite Harder Than Their Master’ gives yet another extreme musical voice to the madness lurking within!

Employed to Serve Announce “Eternal Forward Motion” & Drop New Song/Video “Force Fed”

Employed To Serve Announce New Album Eternal Forward Motion
Album Out May 10th via Spinefarm Records

“Without struggle there is no triumph — the human mind manages to flick between polar opposites, from taking life one day at a time and living in the moment to self-destructing and creating a bitter outlook. It’s important to acknowledge both. Keep moving forward and don’t look back.” – Justine Jones, Employed to Serve

EMPLOYED TO SERVE, one of the most exciting heavy bands on the planet and winner of Kerrang!’s Album of the Year with 2017’s The Warmth Of A Dying Sun, have announced their new album Eternal Forward Motion. The record will be released on May 10 via Spinefarm Records.

Listen to and watch the video for the new single “Force Fed” here.

Eternal Forward Motion came after five years of perfecting the kind of band we want to be,” said singer Justin Jones. “This is the album that defines who we are as a band and we couldn’t be more proud of it.”

Lyrically, Eternal Forward Motion is about a jaded generation struggling to find a purpose and losing daily battles with self-doubt and external influences. “When contemplating what the future holds for one’s self, it can be quite daunting thinking about whether you will ever be truly content with your life and the person that you are,” Jones furthered. “In the fast-paced society we live in, it can cause many people to burn out and chase unobtainable expectations of themselves. We are also now faced with the social media boom leading many people to be plagued by self-comparison and fear of missing out. All these distractions can cause someone to dwell on what they don’t have and take for granted some aspects of life that we should be thankful for each day.”

Formed in 2012, this young five-piece already has two full-length outings to its name, along with a series of EPs/singles. 2015 saw the release of the Greyer Than You Remember album, with the award-winning The Warmth Of A Dying Sun following two years later. It was truly a breakthrough mission statement. In support of their recordings, ETS have performed at a number of UK and European festivals (Download, Graspop, Boomtown, 2000Trees, With Full Force, ArtcTanGent, Lowlands, and more), as well as touring with the likes of Code Orange, Stick yo Your Guns, Counterparts, Stray From the Path, Milk Teeth, Rolo Tomassi, Jamie Lenman (as main support at Lenmania Festival), and Black Peaks.

ETERNAL FORWARD MOTION TRACK LISTING:
1. Eternal Forward Motion
2. Beneath It All
3. Dull Ache Behind My Eyes
4. Harsh Truth
5. Sore Tooth Twin
6. Force Fed
7. We Forgot You
8. Suspend In Emptiness
9. Reality Filter
10. Owed Zero
11. Bare Bones On a Blue Sky

Chad I Ginsburg, the band’s guitarist and singer, steps into the frontman role with charisma, charm, and bravado, confidently delivering a diverse performance as he claims a position that was clearly rightfully his to own.

He’s joined in enduring partnership and musical and personal chemistry by fellow CKY cofounder, Jess Margera, the drummer whose extracurricular work in projects like The Company Band (with guys from Clutch and Fireball Ministry) expanded CKY’s horizons as much as Ginsburg’s solo work has as well. The duo returned to their primary project refreshed and reenergized, with bassist Matt Deis (ex-All That Remains), who first joined CKY in 2005.

Guns N’ Roses, Metallica, and Deftones have all personally invited CKY on tour, cementing a legacy as a hard-charging live act. CKY built a worldwide fanbase of dedicated acolytes, friends, and supporters, lovingly dubbed the CKY Alliance, with a broader group of musicians, athletes, and other creative types in the CKY family, both literally and figuratively.

Artist Line Ups To Be Announced On Friday March 1st

Following the announcement that 2018 would be the last cross-country run, the Vans Warped Tour headed out for a final summer of music, philanthropy, and community.

Looking back on it now, Vans Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman shares, “It was truly an honor to do a final cross-country run of Warped in 2018; to see fans from all eras of the tour come out for a day to celebrate an event that meant so much to them. I walked away from the final show with a true sense that the Vans Warped Tour became the community I had always hoped for.”

Fans can expect the heart of the Warped Tour experience to be intact, but on a much larger scale over 2 full days.  50+ bands across multiple stages, extreme sports ranging from skateboarding to motocross, and an exhibit of art that has come out of the tour’s history.

“With the [Vans Warped Tour] 25th Anniversary events, we want to bring the atmosphere of a classic Warped Tour show, but on a scale that our fans simply could not get with a national tour “ explains Lyman, “The bands, the special attractions, everything – we want to bring back elements that have made the Warped Tour, Warped Tour, over the past 25 years.”

VANS WARPED TOUR 25TH ANNIVERSARY EVENTS:
6.08 • CLEVELAND, OH • ROCK & ROLL HALL OF FAME
6.29 + 6.30 • ATLANTIC CITY, NJ • ATLANTIC CITY BEACH

The individual band lineup and special attractions for each of the Vans Warped Tour presented by Journeys 25th Anniversary events, will be announced Friday, March 1st.  Pre-sales will begin on Monday February 25th and tickets will be available to all on Friday, March 1st.

For many, this announcement comes as no surprise; the Vans Warped Tour 25th Anniversary was eluded to in Lyman’s original statement about the end of the Vans Warped Tour:

“ ’The enduring spirit of the Vans Warped Tour remains as bright as ever, continuing to inspire creativity and ambition in new and exciting ways as we prepare for a 25th anniversary celebration in 2019.’ ”

JUNE 8 • CLEVELAND, OH • ROCK & ROLL HALL OF FAME
The Vans Warped Tour has partnered with the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame to create a special new exhibit, Forever Warped: 25 Years of Vans Warped Tour, celebrating a quarter-century of the iconic traveling music festival. This comprehensive exhibit documents the history of the tour from its inception in 1995 through the final cross-country run in 2018.

Visitors will see artifacts from quintessential Warped bands and breakout artists from the tour’s lengthy run, including instruments played by members of Fall Out Boy, No Doubt, Rancid and Reel Big Fish and stage clothing worn by Joan Jett and Ice-T. The exhibit will also present iconic items from the very first Warped Tour, as well as from 2018’s final touring run. And much more!

On Saturday, June 8th, 2019, the Forever Warped will kick off with a special opening concert featuring bands from across the 24-year history of the tour, a mini vert ramp, and more!

JUNE 29 + 30 • ATLANTIC CITY, NJ • ATLANTIC CITY BEACH
Set to a backdrop of sun, sand and surf, the Vans Warped Tour will celebrate its 25th Anniversary with a special two-day extravaganza on the beach in Atlantic City on Saturday, June 29 and Sunday, June 30, 2019. Atlantic City will be one of only three cities to host the Warped Tour and the only one on the East Coast.

The Vans Warped Tour’s 25th Anniversary event features 50+ bands across multiple stages over the two-day event, extreme sports ranging from skateboarding to motocross, and an exhibit of Warped Tour art that has come out of the tour’s history.

“We’re thrilled to host the only East Coast celebration of Vans Warped Tour’s 25th Anniversary on the Atlantic City Beach,” said Geoff Gordon, Live Nation Philadelphia Regional President. “Warped Tour was meant to take place on the surf and sand, so we welcome fans from across North America to experience this unforgettable weekend with us in Atlantic City.”

JULY 20 + 21 • MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA • SHORELINE AMPHITHEATRE
After a sold out show at the Shoreline Amphitheatre for the final cross-country run, the Vans Warped Tour makes a triumphant return to the Bay Area for a special 25th Anniversary 2-day event on Saturday, July 20 and Sunday, July 21 at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA.

The Vans Warped Tour’s 25th Anniversary event features 50+ bands across multiple stages over the two-day event, extreme sports ranging from skateboarding to motocross, and an exhibit of Warped Tour art that has come out of the tour’s history.

It’s only fitting that Warped Tour would choose the Bay Area’s as it became an instant second home to the event that got its start in the punk community of Southern California.

“I think probably close to half the bands on the first Warped Tour had some tie to the Bay Area,” remembers Lyman, “there was the up-and-coming band The Deftones, and then of course the Fat Wreck [Chords] roster – Good Riddance, No Use For A Name, Face to Face, and Tilt.”

ABOUT VANS WARPED TOUR:
The Vans Warped Tour was the largest traveling music festival in the United States, and the longest-running touring music festival in North America. Originally conceived by founder Kevin Lyman in 1995 as an eclectic alternative rock festival, with a focus on punk rock, over the years the tour grew to include a multitude of genres, including metal, hip hop, reggae, pop and more. It established itself as one of the best tours to attend to discover emerging acts, to learn more about wonderful non-profits and companies who are working to make a positive impact on the world that surround them, and to meet like-minded friends.

The tour also cemented its place in history by bringing alternative rock and skate culture from the underground to the forefront of global youth culture, while at the same time helping those in need through non-profit and eco initiatives.

Over the past two decades, Vans Warped Tour built a legacy as the must attend summer festival for rock and music lovers alike. Since its start in 1995, it provided a platform for established as well as up-and-coming artists, with alumni including blink182, No Doubt, Sublime, Beck, Katy Perry, NOFX, Limp Bizkit, Black Eyed Peas, Green Day, Eminem, Yellowcard, Bad Religion, and countless others.

Alternative Press readers voted the Vans Warped Tour as the “Best Tour/Festival” and Rolling Stone called it “America’s Most Successful Festival”.

Jones spent a decade at the helm of GRAMMY® Award-nominated and gold-selling titans Killswitch Engage. Artusato had much-lauded stint in All Shall Perish and has attained status as a shred virtuoso. Wombacher was a staple in Bleeding Through for well over a decade. For Revival, they are joined by Extinction A.D. drummer Mike “Scuzz” Sciulara behind the kit. The band released Revival via Nuclear Blast in 2018. Since then, the band has embarked on multiple tours, while the single “The Safety of Disbelief” has been racking up spins at SiriusXM’s Octane.

Mother Feather Release Music Video For “Man, I Wish You Were Here”

Mother Feather release rich and visually engaging
new video for “Man, I Wish You Were Here”

New York City’s Mother Feather are kicking off 2019 with brand new video for “Man, I Wish You Were Here.” The video originally debuted at the Triskelion Arts Dance Film Festival in November of 2018. Watch the video and listen to more cuts from Constellation Baby out on Metal Blade Records / Blacklight Media Records. Watch it now here: blacklightmediarecords.com/motherfeather

Vocalist Ann Courtney elaborates on the concept behind the video and what makes it special: “I am a huge fan of artist Lia Bonfilio’s short-format dance films, and watching them on Instagram while listening to mixes for ‘Man, I Wish You Were Here’ gave me the idea to enlist her to create a music video for the song. Her visceral choreography and magic realism she often employs in her editing, along with the recurring theme of a woman in isolation, deeply resonated with my connection to this song. With Bonfilio cast as a sort of avatar, we were excited about another opportunity to ask the question, ‘Who is Mother Feather?’

Constellation Baby was released on Blacklight Media Records / Metal Blade Records on November 2, 2018.

Constellation Baby is a bold, rock ‘n’ roll statement. The band tempers their fun anthems with doses of soul searching, broadening their sound in the best possible way. It offers up music for the party and for the comedown afterwards. What more could you ask for in a record?” New Noise Magazine
