Tremonti to Release “Marching in Time” on September 24

World-renowned guitarist/songwriter Mark Tremonti is back with his fifth album from his solo band, Tremonti. The new album, entitled Marching In Time, is scheduled for global release on September 24th via Napalm Records and is available for pre-order beginning today.

Mark Tremonti is no stranger to storytelling. Throughout his years with top-charting bands Alter Bridge and Creed, and most recently his solo band, Mark has never strayed from his love of writing memorable songs. With the upcoming fifth album, Marching In Time, the band looks to continue this trend while exploring their love for heavy music, drawing from current events from the last year to form the basis of each song. While its predecessor, A Dying Machine, was an overall concept album seeped in darker sentiments and story, the vibe of Marching In Time is different – emerging as a charging rock/metal offering that takes the listener on 12 individual journeys. Marching In Time is now available for pre-order here.

From the driving drum beat of opener “A World Away” to the epic closer “Marching In Time,” the new album is a reflective look at the world around us today. Tremonti’s unmatched musicianship bleeds through the album, showcased on tracks like “Thrown Further,” “In One Piece” and the thought provoking “Would You Kill.” Alternatively, the band displays their softer side on pensive tracks “The Last One Of Us” and “Not Afraid to Lose.” Epic title track “Marching In Time” tells the story of a father having a child during a global pandemic and how he prepares for life during that time – something Mark Tremonti recently experienced in his own life – while upcoming single “If Not For You” shows the evolution of the Tremonti sound in 2021.  Marching In Time was produced longtime friend and collaborator Michael “Elvis” Baskette – the producer Mark has worked with exclusively since 2007.

The track listing for Marching In Time is:
1.    A World Away
2.    Now And Forever
3.    If Not For You
4.    Thrown Further
5.    Let That Be Us
6.    The Last One Of Us
7.    In One Piece
8.    Under The Sun
9.    Not Afraid To Lose
10.  Bleak
11.  Would You Kill
12.  Marching In Time

Tremonti will hit the road in advance of the release of Marching In Time, starting on September 3rd in Pryor, OK at Rocklahoma with longtime friends Sevendust. The tour will make stops in Kansas City, MO, Sayreville, NJ, Flint, MI and Joliet, IL, to name a few, before wrapping on September 26th in Orlando, FL. All tour dates, ticket information and VIP packages can be found at www.marktremonti.com.

With the pandemic putting a damper on Enter Shikari’s North American touring plans for their their latest stunner of an album Nothing Is True & Everything Is Possible, UK’s ENTER SHIKARI are ready to jump over the Atlantic to tour the States and Canada.  “After waiting patiently for almost two years for the opportunity, we can’t believe we’re finally going to get to play tracks from Nothing Is True… on actual North American soil, in front of you wonderful North American people,” said frontman Rou Reynolds.

Fan Club presales begin Wednesday, July 7th. Wargasm will support.

Currently on their way to selling out their Fall 2021 European and UK tour, Enter Shikari have been quite busy creatively during their time off the road. On July 16th, Enter Shikari will release a film Live At Vada, filmed recently at Vada Studios (the location of a lot of the tracking for Nothing Is True & Everything Is Possible), and directed by the band’s visual collaborator Tom Pullen. The live filmed set focuses on tracks from Nothing Is True & Everything Is Possible and a selection of songs that are rarely played live, taken from their extensive back catalog.

Live From Vada will be available to view for free on Friday, July 16th. Watch the trailer here. Sign up for a free ticket here: entershikari.com/vada

There will be four showings of the film starting at 8pm local time available to watch for four hours: London, New York, Los Angeles and Sydney (July 17th). The week following Enter Shikari’s headline set at the Download Festival Pilot (“Enter Shikari reconfirm their status as one of Britain’s best live bands” Kerrang!) saw many of their UK and European tour dates sell out, including London’s 10,000 capacity Alexandra Palace.

In addition to the North American dates, the band are announcing four intimate UK warm-up shows in November taking in Exeter, Northampton, Brighton and Bexhill. Tickets go on general sale Friday, July 9th at 10am here, although a special pre order is available from Wednesday, July 7th at  10am for members of the band’s Future Historians fan club and those who pre-ordered Nothing Is True & Everything Is Possible or Moratorium physical formats via the band’s online store. Full dates and availability below.

Friday, July 16th will also see the publication of frontman Rou Reynolds’ new book for Faber Music, A Treatise On Possibility. The 287 page book features lyrics from Nothing Is True & Everything Is Possible, plus photos taken during the recording of the album, paired with an extensively researched deep-dive into the themes of the album.

July was also due to be the release date of the 2xLP / 2xCD deluxe editions of Nothing Is True & Everything Is Possible and its companion piece Moratorium (Broadcasts From The Interruption) but, unfortunately, a perfect storm of Brexit and Covid-19 has seen vinyl pressing plants worldwide suffering delays. The albums physical formats will now be released Friday, August 27th, though both albums are already available digitally here.

“We’re looking forward to seeing old friends, and making some new ones, and bringing Wargasm along for the ride is the bacon* on top of the doughnut,” says Rou, before correcting himself and injecting “vegan” in front of “bacon.”

Evanescence & Halestorm Announce Fall Tour Openers

Opening acts have been announced for Evanescence and Halestorm’s Fall 2021 tour: Plush (plushrocks.net) will be joining for the first leg, and Lilith Czar (lilithczar.com) will be joining for the second. Tour dates (with opening acts indicated) below.

Evanescence and Halestorm are returning to the concert stage in the US this fall. Produced by Live Nation, the tour will kick off Friday, November 5th, in Portland, OR, and take the bands to arenas across the country before wrapping up in the Northeast right before the holidays. Tickets and limited VIP packages are on sale now at LiveNation.com.

The tour will bring together two of the top women in rock — Amy Lee and Lzzy Hale — for a truly badass experience night after night. Close friends as well as close collaborators, just last year, Lzzy performed back-up vocals on Evanescence’s “Use My Voice,” and Amy joined Lzzy on a new version of Halestorm’s “Break In.” In addition to new music and the biggest hits from both women, the shows will highlight their personal bond and the music that’s come of it.

Amy Lee said: “Words can’t express how excited we are to go back on tour with our friends and rock out again. We’ve been building this new music in isolation for over a year and dreaming of what it will be like to finally play it live, and to experience it together with our fans for the first time. We can’t wait to see you there!”

Lzzy Hale said of the upcoming tour: “We have all been mourning the loss of live music, and patiently waiting, looking toward an uncertain future. Finally the future looks bright and I can’t think of a better way to break the silence than with our dear friends in Evanescence. I can only imagine how it will feel to step on stage again night after night, and reconnect with all of the fans whom I’ve missed so much. Get ready for intense emotions, loud performances, and a newly exhilarated energy unlike any tour we’ve experienced in the past. Looking forward to seeing you all!”

The Bitter Truth debuted in March as the #1 Current Rock and Alternative album in the US, and the band will bring audiences a high-octane rock energy to match the album, which The LA Times hailed as their “fiercest songs to date.” Consequence of Sound said of The Bitter Truth, “Amy Lee and company triumphantly return … and it’s certainly worth the wait,” and the shows with Halestorm this winter will further prove it.

Dates below with more to be announced soon. For the latest ticket and VIP information, please visit www.evanescence.com

Grammy-winning Halestorm are currently in Rock Falcon Studios, working diligently on their upcoming fifth album (and follow up to 2018’s Vicious) with Nick Raskulinecz. The band recently released their rendition of The Who’s “Long Live Rock” in conjunction with the documentary of the same name. Hale just completed filming of the inaugural season of Hit Parader’s new music competition show NO COVER, appearing as a celebrity judge alongside Alice Cooper, Bishop Briggs, Gavin Rossdale, and Tosin Abasi. She also hosts A Year in Music for AXS TV; Season 4 premiered last week. The vocalist also appeared on the theme song for the Netflix film Thunder Force along with Corey Taylor, Scott Ian, and more. Recent Halestorm press highlights include Forbes, Psychology Today, Refinery 29, Alternative Press, Good Day New York, KTLA, and more.
