“Brace yourselves: kawaii-metal conquerors BABYMETAL are celebrating their 15th anniversary with a re-recorded, growl-intensified version of their early track, “Headbangeeeeerrrrr!!!!!” The updated version of the 2012 single was surprise-released today (January 5th), with the band confirming on socials that this was done to “commemorate the 15th anniversary of its formation.” The re-recorded and “newly reborn” tune, here dubbed the “15th Night Ver.,” relives the melodic heft and thrash-blasted pace of the original, but it has also been re-upped with new death growls from the band’s MOMOMETAL.
