A prime example is “Bad Girl” by Avril Lavigne and Marilyn Manson, which awkwardly blends Lavigne’s pop-punk sensibilities with Manson’s industrial metal stylings, creating a muddled and forgettable song. Similarly, “Emo Girl” by Machine Gun Kelly and Willow suffers from a lack of cohesion, as Kelly’s rap-rock delivery clashes with Willow’s alternative rock vocals, leaving the track feeling disjointed and lacking in direction.” (Perplexity)
